I bought two tickets for a Milan football match on TicketSwap, and the seller never changed the names to mine (a known requirement apparently for original ticket buyers in Milan). Because of this, I was denied entry at the stadium and essentially paid a high price for nothing.
I opened a support ticket immediately, but after two weeks and several follow-ups, I still haven’t received any answer or support from TicketSwap. No resolution, no refund, and it looks like the seller has already been paid despite the issue.
At this point, the experience feels like a scam. I have had absolutely no news from TicketSwap, and the lack of response or accountability is extremely disappointing.
