This company is a genuine joke and I am so convinced they are the ones giving themselves good reviews on here.
I had evidence that they asked for and when provided they said it was insufficient?(my purchased ticket not working)Then i would provide more and they said their decision is final based on the first evidence.
Having gone through my bank was the only way I got my money back and when ticketswap accepted liability.
Their system is trash and so are their so called “ethics”/“morals” on being a company that is based off of other people being previously scammed LOL.
This company will actively and when I say actively I mean actively try to keep every single penny.
How can you try and suggest that the dispute is resolved with the seller - the one that sold me the scammed ticket???
How can you expect me to take a picture of my ticket not working when my phone has the ticket- why assume someone has to be with people???
Why do I have to repeat my situation 50 times to people when your system cant keep a track of a clients dispute.
Everyone at ticketswap really needs to rethink their occupation.
