I found the service easy to set up and excellent for updates. I will definitely use it for all my events. One drawback is that I would appreciate the ability to sort in chronological order to prepare the check-in list.
User-friendly for both administrators and customers, with great design and website integrations. Many fantastic features! It would be great if attendees could transfer tickets to different events without having to refund and repurchase (which incurs extra fees), and I would love to see more development in gift voucher options. Other than that, I can't recommend it highly enough!
