They have been wonderful, the shipped item was made carefully, a marble chessboard that has been very appreciated, only one piece was broken (the King) because of the long transport, and they have replaced it in a few days, shipping not only one, but both Kings and some pieces of checkers, and the have paid even the price of the transport. I'm really really satisfied with their work!
