The insurance sucks,of course it was easy to pay for it, but when i got robbed in Rome and had no phone or cash or cards. Then i recieved a mountain of paper work and proof to fill out. That fun trying to make police report to people who couldnt understand me or go 20km across town to the ones that could and didnt care. Skip these guys and hope you have great friends or family.
