Review Time
There was a problem receiving tickets, mainly due to poor mobile signal in the village. There was no real response to this or suggestions of another way of sending the tickets. Customer service was virtually non rxisting and when I received the tickets the solution came from the seller not Yicombo. When I advised them that I was going to get a charge back and write a review their reponse was to ask all over again what the issue was and even responding to this and advising that I now had the tickets through a solution by the seller, the emails were undeliverable. Update - Ticombo has responded to this review now in a positive way and accepted and apologised for lacking support and adequate responses. They have repayed the ticket costs and offered a £50 voucher. The right thing to do - thank you.
