I purchased an ice bath as a Christmas gift, and it was marked as delivered by the courier. However, when I returned home from work, the package was missing. I've spent the last four days trying to reach the company, but my emails have gone unanswered, and every time I call, I’m left waiting as “number 1 in the queue” for about 40 minutes with no response. I've now opened a case with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
