I purchased an ice bath as a Christmas gift, and the tracking indicated it was delivered. However, when I returned home from work, the package was missing. I've spent the last four days trying to reach out to the company, but my emails have gone unanswered, and every time I call, I’m left on hold as 'number 1 in the queue' for about 40 minutes without any response. I've now initiated a case with PayPal in hopes of recovering my funds. I am very frustrated with the service and the lack of communication.

Sadly, the pump is broken and constantly shows 1 psi. The finish on the board is subpar, with bubbles all over. For £300, I would definitely not recommend it. It seems flashy but lacks quality. This was intended as a Christmas gift; I should have gone for a different option.
The ordering process and product quality are exceptional! These are some of the best boards I’ve seen, with stunning and unique designs. Plus, all the extras make it worth it, ensuring we stand out while using them! We did encounter a delivery issue, which wasn’t the company's fault, but they sent a replacement board within 24 hours. The customer service is truly outstanding. I won’t let the delivery issue deter me from ordering again.
I waited since August for the board, and the website wasn't very informative. After speaking to someone, I learned they wouldn’t arrive until then. I received it on Friday, October 10, and inflated it on Saturday. It’s a good board, but unfortunately, the printed text on the side is cracked and unreadable, which is disappointing.
I ordered two boards, and the process was very straightforward. They were delivered as promised. Although I haven’t used them yet, I've taken them out of the box, and everything is intact. The boards look amazing, and I’m looking forward to using them when the weather improves.
