I purchased an ice bath as a Christmas gift, and the tracking indicated it was delivered. However, when I returned home from work, the package was missing. I've spent the last four days trying to reach out to the company, but my emails have gone unanswered, and every time I call, I’m left on hold as 'number 1 in the queue' for about 40 minutes without any response. I've now initiated a case with PayPal in hopes of recovering my funds. I am very frustrated with the service and the lack of communication.
