Shocking! I’ve had no issues with tide until recently when I transferred funds from my personal account back into my tide company account which originated from the company account. At that point tide sent a request for information through the app to what the transactions relate to. I answered the questions and now it’s 4 days and I don’t have access to my company account. No response just delays, I’ve had questions from Main Street banks and I get a call and it’s resolved in 5mins. On the back of this payments to HMRC PAYE have bounced and is now going to cost me a fine. It’s great having tech driven banking but if you can’t deal with the fundamentals of banking build on customer relationships, the hype will die out. I need my bank account open again!!
