From the first message, Tideace were brilliant with me. Super helpful and their level of knowledge and design, proved to me that they weren't just throwing frames together and sending them out the door. I placed my order and as soon as it arrived, I was even more impressed. Putting it together was a breeze and I've now covered over 6,000km and it looks as good as the day it arrived (despite trips across Europe, snow, ice, mud, rough gravel and even rougher roads). Always a bit of a minefield buying cycling bits from Chinese brands - so read my words: Tideace is a safe haven amongst all the others. I've even been back in touch with them this week about a 2nd bike frame!
