Well made frames and support is also well enough. Had an issue unfortunately with the rivet holes and was told by the support to do it myself and didn't receive any further help besides a discount code, even though it should've been a warranty case, then I got ignored by them unfortunately. Delivery and shipping was quick and safe. Crash replacement is also good, got a good discount. So far support answers quick.
Edit: They helped me out with a seatpost clamp, quick and fast response.

I have been purchasing from Chinese manufacturers from the beginnings and I only have positive words for Eddy. He takes care of the whole process and keeps you updated about delivery times, also the finishing of the bike frames is one of the best I have experienced.
The people at Tideace were great to work with during my ordering process. I had lots of questions on options and colors and they answered them all very quickly. Once I placed my order I needed to make some changes and they handled that very quickly as well. Over all great experience dealing with Tideace.
I found out about this manufacturer by accident. I ordered a GV-201 frame. Unlike other manufacturers, I liked this particular model. The delivery was timely and accurate, taking about two weeks. The paint job was excellent. I started assembling the bike, and so far, there have been no issues. Let's see how it performs in practice. I would like to wish the manufacturer more interesting colors in the paint and photos of how they will look in these colors.
From the first message, Tideace were brilliant with me. Super helpful and their level of knowledge and design, proved to me that they weren't just throwing frames together and sending them out the door. I placed my order and as soon as it arrived, I was even more impressed. Putting it together was a breeze and I've now covered over 6,000km and it looks as good as the day it arrived (despite trips across Europe, snow, ice, mud, rough gravel and even rougher roads). Always a bit of a minefield buying cycling bits from Chinese brands - so read my words: Tideace is a safe haven amongst all the others. I've even been back in touch with them this week about a 2nd bike frame!
Tideace is definitely a Chinese bicycle manufacturer you can trust. Eddy is a top-notch contact person who's available for any questions. I've already built up several Tideace frames, and EVERYTHING worked flawlessly. They work precisely and cleanly. Furthermore, compared to Western brands, you get exactly what you'd expect from a modern bicycle frame: tire clearance, UDH frame, etc. Definitely recommended!!
