Well made frames and support is also well enough. Had an issue unfortunately with the rivet holes and was told by the support to do it myself and didn't receive any further help besides a discount code, even though it should've been a warranty case, then I got ignored by them unfortunately. Delivery and shipping was quick and safe. Crash replacement is also good, got a good discount. So far support answers quick.
Edit: They helped me out with a seatpost clamp, quick and fast response.
