STOP THIS DECEPTION! 173% PRICE INCREASE & FALSE GUARANTEE. The management of this service operates a deceptive bait-and-switch scheme. They quoted $520, but on the cleaning day, they demanded $1420 (a 173% hike!) before starting any work. This is outright extortion. Their so-called '100% Bond Back Guarantee' is a scam. The clean was rejected by the real estate agent due to their subpar work; they even admitted their team lacks basic cleaning equipment. Their incompetence forced the agent to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. When I sought a refund for their violations of consumer law, they insultingly offered me a measly $100. I am actively pursuing a chargeback and reporting them to the relevant authorities. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your money or bond.
