I was specifically told they would arrive at certain times, but they didn’t show up at all. There was no notice, no explanation, and no follow-up afterward. This left me in a difficult situation at the last minute and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Reliability and communication are crucial for cleaning services, and unfortunately, the service fell short on both aspects. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
This is a total scam!!! They literally came to our home, informed us that we would need to pay an outrageous amount more for their services, then canceled on us and kept our deposit. This company should be held accountable. It's nothing but exploitation and fraud.

Initially, the communication was promising—$500 clean, good communication, 100% bond back guarantee. How wrong I was. On the cleaning day, the cleaner demanded an additional $370 before starting. After the job, he claimed they would be available to fix any issues, which was a lie. I was promised a detailed receipt for the extra charges, but all I received was a vague invoice. I ended up paying over $900 for this 'service.' My agent was ignored after the clean, and there were numerous items left uncleaned. They are now unresponsive to my inquiries. This company is only interested in your money, regardless of their claims. I discovered they scammed another customer for over $1000. My bond refund has been severely impacted by this service, and I would never recommend them. Choose a company that doesn't engage in such deceptive practices.

They quoted $520, but on the cleaning day, they demanded $1420 (a 173% hike!) before starting any work. This is outright extortion. Their so-called '100% Bond Back Guarantee' is a scam. The clean was rejected by the real estate agent due to their subpar work; they even admitted their team lacks basic cleaning equipment. Their incompetence forced the agent to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. When I sought a refund for their violations of consumer law, they insultingly offered me a measly $100. I am actively pursuing a chargeback and reporting them to the relevant authorities. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your money or bond.

I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not hire them. They will either not fulfill the job or demand a higher price than quoted, completing only half the work. They pressured us to pay in full and then ignored us when we or the agent tried to reach out. I booked two services at two locations, and they did the same thing—only half the work was done. They offered a $100 refund, which they never processed. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told they were unavailable.
