I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. My calls and emails went unanswered, even after I made several attempts to follow up. I was specifically told they would arrive at certain times, but they didn’t show up at all. There was no notice, no explanation, and no follow-up afterward. This left me in a difficult situation at the last minute and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Reliability and communication are crucial for cleaning services, and unfortunately, the service fell short on both aspects. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
