I have mixed feeling about TideWe. First of all, on the website, it was actually very awkward ensuring I was, indeed, ordering a Men's Large (heated jacket) because of the way it showed up in my cart. (This wasn't a huge deal.,,,just giving you feedback.) Things got frustrating after I ordered. First the heated jackets were sold out. Then I received an email they were back in stock. Then the status was backorder, with a wide, vague range of when it would be shipped. The only way to track it is by installing some random app called "Shop" (This is the part that made me mad) WHY??? Why should I have to install some random application on my phone for a (possibly) one-time order? After waiting a month wondering when this jacket would finally arrive...viola! It arrived and, although it was weeks too late for Christmas....my son absolutely loves his heated jacket. He works outdoors and a couple of his coworkers have now ordered the exact same jacket, because my son has been a walking infomercial for you.

Decent visibility, but sizing is off

I purchased the ground blind meant for 2-3 people. While the visibility is a nice feature, it unfortunately doesn't accommodate that many individuals as claimed. It can barely fit one person along with a chair and tripod, leaving little room to maneuver. The entrance could be larger, and having a couple of internal pockets for hunting gear would enhance its usability. I rated it 3 stars mainly due to the appealing visibility.

Received the Wrong Jacket

I ordered a heated jacket, but received a non-heated one instead. The description clearly states it should be heated, and now I have to pay more to get the correct item. The picture I received also showed HEATED. I'll keep what I have and take this as a lesson to shop elsewhere.

Love Your Blinds

I absolutely love these blinds. The quality is excellent and they withstand the weather in my area. However, I find the windows on the smaller model too exposed, and I miss the earlier version with vertical opening windows.

Package Never Arrived, Poor Service

I ordered a pair of pants, but tracking shows they never left the shipping facility. I called and emailed many times but received no answers about my package. I was told to wait two more weeks for a refund. I will not order from this company again and hope to spread the word.

Disappointed with Stability

I received the blind on time and was eager to test it in the field. The visibility was impressive, but the stakes provided couldn’t secure it in light winds, let alone the gusts in my area. I had to use my own stakes. Additionally, the zipper gets stuck at the corner, which can be quite frustrating. I might go back to my previous blinds.

Excellent Quality and Service

The product quality is outstanding for the price. Their gear, from pop-up blinds to heated clothing, is fantastic. Don't hesitate to do business with them! Highly recommended! Customer service was also excellent. When I received a damaged blind, they quickly offered a replacement, even expediting it since it was hunting season. I’m a lifelong customer!

Great Waterfowl Blinds

I purchased two waterfowl blinds. They come in a convenient carrying bag and are lightweight. They are easy to set up and can be attached together. They even have clips for securing grass or weeds for cover. The only thing missing is a detachable top to provide overhead coverage. We didn’t catch any ducks, but many other birds came close.
