Warranty support issues

I reached out to the service to return a product under warranty. Despite their claims of arranging a pickup, I took a day off work but no pickup occurred. Their customer support is incredibly slow. What, 5 DAYS?

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! I have not received my package after three weeks, no tracking number, and customer service only provides nonsensical responses. I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. I will never purchase from them again; it feels like a scam!

Unprofessional customer service experience

I typically don’t write reviews, but this has been one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've encountered. After promising to check my order status (which hasn’t shipped for 2 weeks!), they completely stopped responding. I requested a refund, and I hope to receive it.

Warning! Zero stars!

Warning! ZERO STARS! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY! The courier did not send any notifications and delivered my order to the wrong address! Customer service was not helpful at all! I'm still waiting for a full refund!

Don't waste your time.

Ordered two items. Money was taken promptly. Predicted delivery was 5 days to the UK. Now, 40 days later, I have no items and customer support is ignoring my inquiries. A company with a great history is ruining its own reputation.

Never again!

Never again! First, the prices for accessories have skyrocketed. I decided to order one set of tips for $14.95, but shipping was over $16! I will choose a local family-owned store instead of this company!

No response from warranty department

I have received zero responses from the warranty department. It's been nearly 7 weeks since I opened my case. This is the second pair of poles that have broken, and I had no idea there was a warranty on the first set. I've followed up a couple of times but received no replies; terrible service!

Great service and hiking poles!

I had an issue with one of my hiking poles from a recent trip and when I inquired about a replacement, they sent me an entire new pair! Excellent customer service and great quality hiking poles. We ended up getting multiple sets for friends and family.
