A less than stellar encounter for such a significant purchase!

Disappointing experience at the Bond Street store. Despite the hefty price tag on the £18k engagement ring, the brand power overshadowed the customer service, which was really lacking. Payment hassles and a lack of preparedness for a confirmed appointment were frustrating. The disorganized atmosphere, with staff seemingly distracted, added to the dissatisfaction. Additionally, incorrect pricing and sizing of items in the store need urgent attention. A less than stellar encounter for such a significant purchase.
