Item (£1,000) was not delivered when promised. Item was a gift for Christmas. No-one from Tiffany's could identify where the item was, no offer was made to get another item to me, eventually after three days with no information, I formally cancelled the order, after being told that I had to wait a further 6 days for a "DPD investigation," which meant that even if the product had been found a further delivery would not have reached me by Christmas.Having completed the cancellation form, and returned it with a complaint on service, no-one has formally acknowledged the cancellation or complaints, and the mantra "you will have to wait 6 days" keeps being thrown at me although DPD haven't delivered the item (per their site,) nor physically, and I have confirmed that if a delivery is attempted I will reject it. Each time I called I was told that "we understand your frustration," and other "trained" responses, but no one picked up the problem, and I was told that I would have to wait 6 days from the 14th although DPD were stating issue on the 11th. When I asked why no answer was given. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told no one was immediately available and it would be 24 to 48 hours before someone would ring me back. To date - no call...Appalling customer service - I will not be buying from Tiffany's ever again, shop or online.
