Partner bought me a bracelet as a present and ordered the wrong size, yes this part was our fault but the amount of time and chasing it took to get the correct size sent out should have been our first warning! Bracelet then broke within 4 months (the tiffany heart fell off). I was advised it would be quicker to go into store so went into their store in Selfridges. The women who served us there couldn't have been ruder if she tried, was advised Tiffany's 'don't do warranty' and that i would either have to pay for a replacement heart or a new bracelet. Paid £80 for a new one as i was advised it was cheaper. 5 weeks later i have contacted customer care to see where the replacement is, after lots of chasing i was advised the bracelets haven't been received yet and would be quicker to have my old one repaired, i was also advised what i was told in store wasn't in fact the case. I questioned why if i order a new bracelet online now i could apparently receive it within 3 working days and yet i have been waiting 5 weeks to which they couldn't provide me with an answer. I always thought Tiffany were a luxury brand but it would appear they are anything but, spend your hard earned money with a company that values its customers!
