So impressed!!! Took a broken necklace back to the Tiffany shop in Selfridges Manchester and I couldn’t be happier! My necklace was 4.5years old and had a pearl attachment, unfortunately over time this seems to of worn and eventually it broke off. When I got to the Tiffany shop they instantly took my details advised they would like to send it to America for the broken part replacing and there was would be no charge! I was astonished!! Then when I received a phone call 8 weeks later to say it had arrived at the store, to save me another 1.5 hour journey to collect it they sent it special delivery post which I got the next day! Couldn’t be happier. Thank-you to everyone at Manchester especially the deputy Manager she was fantastic.
