I’m truly disappointed. Charging customers to clean jewelry that was purchased at a luxury price point is unacceptable. Had I known this policy change was coming, I would not have purchased from them. James Avery continues to set the standard for quality and customer care. Tiffany has lost my trust.

Avoid this brand at all costs!

If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. They are completely disorganized. I have no idea how they achieved a high-end reputation. I mistakenly purchased a supposed 'forever' piece from their engagement collection, and it has been nothing but trouble. It has broken three times; the craftsmanship is terrible—this cannot be emphasized enough. I sent it back for repairs due to an obvious flaw, only to be blamed for the damage, as if wearing their pieces often is unacceptable. They then tried to charge me more than half the original price to ‘repair’ it. When they returned it unrepaired, I noticed it was gift-wrapped with a new box—how generous? I am truly disheartened by both the product and their response. Many of my friends and family have also boycotted this brand due to similar issues with their silver pieces becoming marked and damaged almost immediately. I had my own problems with other items, but this experience has made me realize the truth. Please, for your own sake, stay away from this brand, especially if you’re looking for a sentimental piece for a significant occasion. This experience has soured a meaningful milestone for me!

Disappointing experience

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I ordered two separate gifts, and one was noticeably better than the other. The customer service team indicated that one of the gifts required approval. Clearly, improvements are necessary when clients seek something special for their loved ones. Very disappointing.

The quality is subpar—worthless metal masquerading as fine jewelry. Save your hard-earned money and avoid enriching these charlatans. Seek out reputable, independent jewelers for your purchases.

Not worth it

I cannot recommend this brand. I bought a bracelet that was clearly defective, as the heart charm fell off after just a few wears. When I sent it back, I was charged £75 just for them to add a new heart (not even a full replacement of the bracelet). The heart fell off again because the bracelet itself was faulty, and they wanted another £75 to replace it. I ended up spending £150 to fix a faulty item they refused to replace. Absolutely disgraceful, do not use them.

Poor customer service experience

The representative who assisted me exhibited ignorance and arrogance, failing to understand my concerns due to her inflated self-importance. Although her manager intervened, I believe she is not suitable for a customer service position.

Dishonest company warning!

I feel compelled to warn anyone considering gifting jewelry. I received my package, but it was missing the necklace. When I reported it, I was told that CCTV confirmed it was included. I would love to see that footage. Complaining is pointless, as no one takes you seriously. I've lost nearly £300 due to this dishonest company. Sadly, I won't be able to give jewelry for Christmas 2024.

Avoid online shopping with this brand

Do not shop online with this brand! It's a frustrating experience. I received no email confirmation after placing my order, and even their customer service representatives had no visibility on my order status. I was informed I would receive an email once it shipped, but they could only see the order after it was shipped! Extremely disappointing for an established brand.

Poor quality ring

I purchased a ring as a gift for an 18th birthday. Within a week of wearing it, the ring became badly tarnished and scratched. When I contacted customer service, I was told no refund or replacement was possible. I am appalled by the quality of a silver ring that cost £300! I will never buy from this company again.

Bracelet fell apart quickly

My daughter's bracelet fell apart after just a few weeks. Now it’s loose in the box. Why did we buy this? After reading these reviews, we won’t bother sending it back for an overpriced repair; I’ll seek help from a local shop instead. I will never purchase overpriced items from them again.
