I want to share my disappointing experience to warn others. The airline recently advertised a sale for flights from one location to another for summer 2024. Excited, I quickly decided to book a ticket for myself with one piece of luggage, planning to book a separate ticket for my son. However, when I returned to the website, I found I couldn't book a ticket for a minor without including an adult in the same transaction. This crucial detail wasn't mentioned anywhere during booking. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn’t cancel my ticket for a new combined booking. Instead, I was offered the option to buy new tickets over the phone at a much higher price. As a result, I lost my original ticket due to their non-refundable policy, which I agreed to without knowing about the minor travel restriction. To travel with my son, I had to buy new tickets, including an additional luggage fee. This experience felt deeply unfair. The airline's lack of transparency and refusal to provide a solution left me frustrated. To make matters worse, my original seat was resold, and I received no refund. I hope my experience helps others avoid a similar situation.
