I had the worst check-in experience. I couldn't check in online and ended up paying double at the airport! The staff didn’t honor the website pricing due to issues with their site. The ridiculous part was that I couldn't pay for a 20 kg luggage at the airport; only options were 15 or 30 kg! As a frequent traveler, I do not recommend this airline at all.
