Unprofessional and biased treatment

My husband and I flew on a flight recently. Before boarding, we were asked to weigh our bags. The scales showed 7kg for both items, which we had checked before arriving. However, a rude staff member insisted we pay extra to board because we were over the limit. We asked to weigh again, but she dismissed us. We were forced to pay and nearly missed our flight. It felt like we were unfairly targeted, as we saw other passengers with larger bags allowed to board without issues. This unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability were unacceptable.
