My password wasnt working and I couldnt get into my DVR. I had bought the DVR from one of my customers so I didnt have any of the purchase info on had and wasnt sure if I could even get it anymore.May was the person that answered my 1st of 3 or so emails and continued to help me until my problem was resolved. Since I couldnt provide the purchase info I thought for sure that would be the end of it and I would never regain access to my DVR. May simply asked me to provide a picture of the serial number on the DVR and to make a simple statement confirming that I was the owner of the DVR and was asking for help to reset my password.I received an email right after with instructions on how to reset my password and just like that I was back in.The response time from the time I sent the first email to the times in between each of the others was very short. Customer service across the board is 5 stars. Im going to be upgrading my whole system soon and Tigersecu will be my 1st and hopefully only stop for that upgrade. Great products and great service thank you.
