Very happy! I went to the showroom in Leeds last year and decided which one we wanted but only just bought it. Prior to buying I looked at the reviews which I hadn’t done prior to looking last year. This made me very worried as I didn’t realise there were so many negative experiences.
I went ahead and ordered and ended up changing the size prior to delivery. This was not a problem to do and customer service was helpful. The shed came on the day they said and the delivery driver was lovely and helped carry it around the side of the house in the pouring rain.
The shed went up without a problem with all parts included. I thought they’d forgot the key and rang them and they were again very helpful and responsive and ordered a new one. I later found the key and rang to let them know and again were lovely.
Quality of the shed looks good. I’ve treated it with a wood protectant as advised and it’s on a solid sub-base in addition to the eco-base so only time will tell how it holds up.
As I said, I was wary but I’m very happy with the shed and overall experience with Tiger 🐯
