Review Time
Very happy! I went to the showroom in Leeds last year and decided which one we wanted but only just bought it. Prior to buying I looked at the reviews which I hadn’t done prior to looking last year. This made me very worried as I didn’t realise there were so many negative experiences.
I went ahead and ordered and ended up changing the size prior to delivery. This was not a problem to do and customer service was helpful. The shed came on the day they said and the delivery driver was lovely and helped carry it around the side of the house in the pouring rain.
The shed went up without a problem with all parts included. I thought they’d forgot the key and rang them and they were again very helpful and responsive and ordered a new one. I later found the key and rang to let them know and again were lovely.
Quality of the shed looks good. I’ve treated it with a wood protectant as advised and it’s on a solid sub-base in addition to the eco-base so only time will tell how it holds up.
As I said, I was wary but I’m very happy with the shed and overall experience with Tiger 🐯
Ordering experience was good. Delivery guys great this is the 2nd pent shed I've had the first was great quality this time not so great. Side beads were cut to the wrong size so didnt cover exposed ends i had to buy more. The nail gun used had split a lot of the wood. The lock hole was cut way to big so the key got lost in hole and didn't turn properly. The door needed planing in order for it to fit. The door hinges were misaligned and all the screws were proud the were the wrong screws for the job. I did contact them but their answer didn't make me feel any better. They didn't even offer to pay for the extra mats I had to buy. I send pics as well.
The shed was just under £400 do perhaps thats why. Its a shame because first time round was fab.

From start to delivery the customer service was absolutely fantastic, from answering my questions to following instructions for delivery was very reassuring, as a wheelchair user l get very anxious but Tiger sheds couldn't have done a better job in reassuring me and calming me down. Highly recommend them for there great customer service to there products.
My order from Tiger Sheds arrived incomplete and incorrect. The floor panels supplied were the wrong size, and the roof panels were missing entirely, making the shed unusable on delivery.
Customer service was extremely poor. I contacted several members of the management team by email and received no response at all. It then took around two weeks for the missing items to be delivered, during which time the shed was left partially assembled and completely exposed to the elements.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of quality control and after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Tiger Sheds.

Very disappointing. The main structure of the cabin is fine, but the door fittings are poor. We had to get three different sets of doors. After a recent storm, the doors and surrounding frame leaked significantly, causing water damage everywhere. The newly floored cabin now has water underneath as well. I would never recommend this service.
