We have now ordered two items from Tikamoon. The first was a desk from their Oslo range. We didn't think too much of it when it arrived with some minor issues (a misaligned handle and a sticky drawer runner), especially as the item was usable while we waited for replacement parts to be sent out.A year or so later we decided to add a matching chest of drawers. Unfortunately the item arrived severely damaged. We understand this sort of thing can happen but Tikamoon handled it terribly. First they offered an insulting partial refund, that would have meant us paying £500 (around 80% RRP) for an item that was visibly broken and possibly not even stable. Of course we refused this and asked for a replacement. We were told we had to fully unpackaged the item and send photos so they could identify it. When all was fine with that we were told we had to fully repackage it. We tried to explain that due to my partner being pregnant and us having very limited floorspace this was almost impossible but they weren't willing to make alternative arrangements with a courier. We now have the replacement and we're happy with it, but we've been burned by the poor customer service and we doubt we'd risk the hassle again.
