support sucks no one replies only AI and when they reply they close your ticket on purpose they say hi we're closing this ticket if you have any other question create another ticket and when u do u get AI reply and u keep waiting and get ur ticket closed again and again and all of this because i get bully comments and i can't see them to delete them and i can't find them in filter comments but when i loggin to another account i can see everyone see the bully comment normally, they're doing this on purpose and they don't wanna reply cuz they know what's going on and they wanna put people down
