The tiles are of high quality and the delivery was prompt. However, several tiles arrived damaged due to a silicone strip separating them, and a few had minor chips on the corners. The customer service was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating. The representatives were very helpful in addressing my concerns. The packaging design needs to be improved to prevent unnecessary breakage.
