I called Tile Mountain to try and get hold of some specific tiles to make a repair in my bathroom. The tiles had unfortunately been discontinued late last year but the customer service I received was still excellent - Kaz went above and beyond to see if she could track some down for me, and when there weren't any she still gave me as much information as she could to try and find some. She did all of this with a lovely friendly manner, and it left me with a really positive view of Tile Mountain. Keep up the great work!
