These guys were absolutely fantastic in terms of their help, customer service and ability to provide the added extra, which you often doubt you will receive from companies. I needed a small extra amount of tiles in order to finish my project and they sorted it.... Amazing, I cannot rate them highly enough
Fantastic customer service and delivery. Once my order was delivered I checked it over the following day and found a couple of box's of tiles damaged due to the pallet failing. I then emailed the team and they responded within 10 minutes and I had a resolution within the next half hour. I also had a missing item however they emailed me beforehand letting me know this would be missing and will be sent out asap once it arrives in stock and didn't want to hold up the rest of my order for this last item. 10/10 experience and fantastic service + communication. Fully recommend and will be purchasing from again.
Disappointing service and low-quality tiles. After spending nearly £1,000, it seems there’s no interest in addressing my concerns despite multiple emails and calls. With no resolution in sight, I am now seeking a refund through my credit card. The tiles were of poor quality and significantly warped. Exercise caution before purchasing from this seller.
I had a dreadful experience with the customer service. We ordered tiles that appeared lovely online, but when they arrived, they were a completely different color. I felt misled by the stark difference. When I requested a return, I was informed of hidden terms, including a return fee and a restocking charge, which left me out of pocket for tiles that were not as advertised. I was told it was my fault for not ordering a sample, but no clear warning was given about the color difference. The product was vastly different from what was shown online. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; it’s disappointing. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction.
I ordered three types of tiles online. Unfortunately, one was out of stock, but a suitable alternative was found quickly. Delivery was prompt, though one lot was incorrect. The company quickly apologized and arranged for me to swap them at their location to expedite the process. They even reimbursed my fuel without me asking, which was a nice touch. I can’t give a full five stars due to the issues, but their efforts to resolve them merit four stars. I would use them again.
I requested a tile sample to see how it looks, and while it arrived with all the right information, it appeared nothing like the tile on the website—not even the same color. If they can’t get that right, I’m hesitant to trust them.
