I ordered online, and the transaction was smooth. However, there was no communication about the delivery, which involved heavy tiles. An email from the courier would have been helpful, but there was no contact at all, leading to a random delivery when I happened to be home. I sent an email requesting delivery information but got no response, which is unacceptable. Would I recommend them? Definitely not, and I haven't even checked the items yet... UPDATE: After installation, I’m adjusting my rating to 3 stars for the quality of the tiles; improved customer service and delivery information are needed.
