I have relied on this company multiple times for my tiling needs, acquiring 50m2 of ceramic tiles and 40m2 of outdoor porcelain, along with several smaller orders. They were incredibly helpful when I found myself a few tiles short. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

The representative's body language and overall attitude were unwelcoming, and it seemed he judged my ability to afford the products based on my appearance or the car I drive. Just two days later, I made a purchase from a local competitor. I would NOT recommend this place.

Very disappointing. They delivered to my billing address and refused to rectify the situation, which is 60 miles away from the delivery address. They basically just apologized and suggested I handle it myself. Additionally, it took three weeks to deliver items that were supposedly in stock. I would recommend avoiding this place to prevent a headache.
Steer clear! I placed an order in early June and was told it would take three weeks since the items were coming from Italy. I scheduled a tiler for six weeks later. After five weeks of chasing, I was met with excuses. After eight weeks, I was misled about the tiles being in transit and upon contacting the haulier, I learned they hadn’t even been collected. I cancelled after nine weeks and received a refund, but bought from another seller with next-day delivery.
I ordered online, and the transaction was smooth. However, there was no communication about the delivery, which involved heavy tiles. An email from the courier would have been helpful, but there was no contact at all, leading to a random delivery when I happened to be home. I sent an email requesting delivery information but got no response, which is unacceptable. Would I recommend them? Definitely not, and I haven't even checked the items yet... UPDATE: After installation, I’m adjusting my rating to 3 stars for the quality of the tiles; improved customer service and delivery information are needed.
I ordered kitchen splashback tiles on January 7th with an expected delivery of 10 days. When the tiles hadn't arrived, I called for an update only to be told there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. I requested a re-delivery, which was agreed upon, but without tracking information, I had no idea when it would arrive. I ultimately asked for a refund on January 25th, which was refused until the courier returned the tiles. I was eventually refunded, but lost 25% of my order as a delivery fee, leaving me out of pocket due to the courier's issues. Terrible customer service, now I'm being ignored.
Why is it so difficult to send a sample? I was eager to receive samples for my new kitchen tiling, but it took them eight days to send them out. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. When the samples finally arrived, they were the wrong color! How hard can it be to send the correct item promptly? The worst part is that after receiving the incorrect samples, I couldn't get any response from emails or the chat function on the website. What a frustrating waste of time and money!
After ordering garden tiles, I was told they would arrive within 10 working days. We had planned to have them delivered on March 17th for installation, but when I called to check, I learned they hadn’t been sent due to being out of stock. It was a nightmare, as no one informed us about the stock issue. I spoke to the store manager, who made promises about alternative deliveries but failed to follow through. Communication was poor, and I ended up having to reschedule work multiple times. I would advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service.
