I ordered kitchen splashback tiles on January 7th with an expected delivery of 10 days. When the tiles hadn't arrived, I called for an update only to be told there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. I requested a re-delivery, which was agreed upon, but without tracking information, I had no idea when it would arrive. I ultimately asked for a refund on January 25th, which was refused until the courier returned the tiles. I was eventually refunded, but lost 25% of my order as a delivery fee, leaving me out of pocket due to the courier's issues. Terrible customer service, now I'm being ignored.
