Why is it so difficult to send a sample? I was eager to receive samples for my new kitchen tiling, but it took them eight days to send them out. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. When the samples finally arrived, they were the wrong color! How hard can it be to send the correct item promptly? The worst part is that after receiving the incorrect samples, I couldn't get any response from emails or the chat function on the website. What a frustrating waste of time and money!
