Received the utensils wrapped in plastic and chipped, scratched and dried up! They look used and old. The ladle and spoodle were the only ones that looked new. I’ve asked for a replacement of the three smaller spoons but they are not answering me. I explained to them that I can return them if they tell me where to send them. Still no answer. I’m so disappointed and frustrated!
