Very disappointed!! Order was meant to be received well before Christmas. I received no tracking number and had to contact them twice to find if it had even been shipped. The utensils finally arrived well after Christmas. They were loose in a box with absolutely no instructions as to where they came from, care, maintenance, etc. The presentation was absolutely horrible and I'm too embarrassed to give them as a gift. For all I know, they could be made of pine and came from China.
