Extremely disappointed with the service

I placed an order on the 2nd of December, and by the 31st of December, my items have yet to arrive. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, but the lack of assistance and effort from the company has ruined that. I've reached out multiple times hoping for information or support, but instead, I was misled about the status of my package and received inaccurate updates. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund and have now been waiting over a week for a response from the supervisor.
