Terrible online experience, two charges and I still don’t have my order, I want to cancel my order and they have me on the phone for a while, if you can, please don’t buy from their website, it’s a waist of time and trust that they will not help you at all

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I am giving this a zero-star rating. I attempted to cancel my order through email just 15 minutes after placing it and also called customer support before it shipped because I found the same item for half the price. They refused my request and immediately generated a shipping label after my conversation with customer support, fully aware that I did not want the item shipped. I advise against ordering from this company; their prices are high, shipping costs are excessive, and their customer service is poor!

Extremely disappointed with the service

I placed an order on the 2nd of December, and by the 31st of December, my items have yet to arrive. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, but the lack of assistance and effort from the company has ruined that. I've reached out multiple times hoping for information or support, but instead, I was misled about the status of my package and received inaccurate updates. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund and have now been waiting over a week for a response from the supervisor.

Feeling ripped off by this company

This company currently has $594 of my money, and I have nothing to show for it! They charged my card for three transactions that their website indicated "could not be completed." They processed the charges anyway, and now I can't reach anyone for help. They don’t respond to emails or answer their customer service line. If you try to resolve the issue in-store, they act oblivious. This business model is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs; they lack any understanding of customer service.

Extremely dissatisfied with their service

My package was stolen, and despite providing proof, they refused to issue a refund or replacement. Instead, they advised me to file a police report. The lack of assistance is frustrating. Most reputable companies would at least offer a replacement or refund. I will not shop with this company again.

I ordered several items for my son’s Christmas gift, but they abruptly canceled my entire order. They claimed to have emailed me to verify information, but I never received any email. Now, I'm scrambling to find gifts for him. I will never deal with this company again.

Poor delivery service

I ordered a watch online, but they use unreliable delivery services. My item was supposed to arrive on a specific date, but the delivery person marked it as delivered a day early, even though there was no package. Customer service insisted they had proof of delivery but offered no refund, leaving me to buy another gift. Terrible service.
