Disappointing Customer Service

Most sellers are decent, but many take over a week or two to ship items. When I requested a refund for delayed delivery, they declined without explanation. Customer service took four days to reply. This has been an awful experience, and I plan to delete the app once my orders arrive, hoping I can return them since they’ll be too late for gifts.
