Well, this is the new shopping. The app is really cool, lots of streams and stuff to buy. I like the concept. As always - you may come across some mad sellers, but that's just people. Overall great app!
I’ve been purchasing items from this seller for a year, and they are fantastic to deal with. The products and service are amazing. I did encounter a minor issue, but it was resolved quickly with a refund. I will definitely continue to do business with them! 👍👍👍
At first, I thought this app was great, but there’s little protection for buyers. I bought an item described as immaculate, but it arrived heavily damaged, and I was told no refunds are issued. I reached out for help but got no response. I also ordered from another seller over 25 days ago, and neither item has arrived. The tracking is stuck, and the seller won’t refund. I highly recommend avoiding this platform—there’s no buyer protection.
Most sellers are decent, but many take over a week or two to ship items. When I requested a refund for delayed delivery, they declined without explanation. Customer service took four days to reply. This has been an awful experience, and I plan to delete the app once my orders arrive, hoping I can return them since they’ll be too late for gifts.
