Avoid this app at all costs.I purchased several items from two different sellers who marked the orders as “shipped,” yet Evri never received the parcels. The tracking stayed stuck on “we’re expecting your parcel,” which makes it obvious the sellers only created labels and never intended to send anything. Despite this, they insisted the items were posted, which is simply untrue.Customer service was no help at all. They seem more focused on making money from buyer protection fees than actually protecting buyers. My emails were ignored, and no action was taken against the sellers.With the cost of living being so high, losing this money has really impacted me. It’s ruined my Christmas, as I had budgeted carefully and now can’t afford to replace the gifts I thought I was buying. I strongly advise avoiding this app.
