I have an item missing from my parcel 📦 I message the seller straight away for him to say he would look into this. Messaged him again to no reply message a number of times after to no reply. Tried contacting tilt through the email provided in the app but didn’t work which I didn’t know. I was waiting and waiting for a reply to in the end I thought I will email them on my own email not through the app which they did reply straight away. But told me because it was out of the policy period I couldn’t get a refund even thought I paid a buyers protection fee. Even though it’s not my fault the email in app don’t work. And I did try to get hold of them and the seller within the time frame of policy.
