I have an item missing from my parcel 📦 I message the seller straight away for him to say he would look into this. Messaged him again to no reply message a number of times after to no reply. Tried contacting tilt through the email provided in the app but didn’t work which I didn’t know. I was waiting and waiting for a reply to in the end I thought I will email them on my own email not through the app which they did reply straight away. But told me because it was out of the policy period I couldn’t get a refund even thought I paid a buyers protection fee. Even though it’s not my fault the email in app don’t work. And I did try to get hold of them and the seller within the time frame of policy.
There is absolutely no hassle my experience is great no wait time whenever I need the money it immediately attached the money to my account. I also love this app because I can see my credit score and helps me build on the things that I also need to work on and look forward
Extremely disappointing support. I faced issues canceling my account and had to call in to have a representative assist me. Now, I receive the same email every day at 4am regarding my cancellation and how they regret my decision to leave. Since canceling, I've received 20 identical emails, one each day. The support team has been ineffective; I've contacted them four times and was informed that the matter is being forwarded to their technical department, but no solutions have been provided.
Well first off compared to other apps tilt which use to be empower is the most trustworthy and reliable, if you make your payments on time you can increase your advance which comes in handy during emergencies. Absolutely recommend of your in a pinch and need help.
