I would avoid this company at all costs.They stated first class same day dispatch on their website, yet the delivery took close to a week to arrive.The quality of the locks that arrived was shocking. I ordered 3 of the same National Hickman door locks but only opened the first one as we found it to be faulty, confirmed by the independent professional locksmith who I had arranged to come and fit the locks for us.I contacted Timber2u via email. As stated on their website, they are an internet based company and so the only available method of contact is via email. I received no response to any of the emails I sent, initially chasing up the order, then to query the quality of the products and also to enquire about returns.I opened a case via PayPal and it was only then that I received a response from the company. They stated that they had been away and that was the reason for the delay. Being an internet based company I find this unacceptable as a reason for not returning contact, or even an auto response to advise that a delay should be expected.Timber2u stated that they would provide a full refund as soon as the locks were returned to them. I posted them recorded delivery and can see that they arrived 9 days ago. I have emailed them twice and have not received a response or a refund.As the title of this review states, an absolute joke of a company and no way at all to treat customers or run a business.A.V.O.I.D....!!
