Best prices I can see; around 12% cheaper than other timber sheds. Took the plunge and ordered and was subsequently pleased with both the comms and merch. A small issue with one of the boards was quickly resolved and a new one resent without quibble. None of that long format delaying tactic comms par for the course with many other internet outfits.

Very good quality oak boards which have now been stained ready for installation. I would definitely use again.

Awful Customer Service

Eventually received door locks more than two weeks late. Did not answer my emails, totally ignored me. Awful customer service. Would I buy from them again ? No chance, they do not deserve mine or anyone else's money !!!

The most awful customer service from…

The most awful customer service from this company. Like other reviews have said 1 man band and never responds to anything! I have been trying to order national Hickman doors for nearly 2 years and just when I think I’m getting somewhere they stop replying! They don’t have any phone contact either. I’m giving up now, avoid this company at all costs!

This company one man band is a one man band

This company is a one man band, do not have a clue . Web page great but this is all a cover screen . Customer service is the owner, sales manager is the owner, customer service manager is the owner . I’m left with a damaged door that I finally received 6 weeks after ordering it. No reply from the on man band, no contact telephone number all on emails. This company needs closing down and taken off the internet no clue take your money and gone

Shocking customer service!!!

Awful company. No customer service at all, don't respond to emails or ebay messages and cannot call them as they don't provide a number. Stay away from using them.
