Ordered three doors from this company and paid an extra £65 for delivery.Had email communication with a man called Steve and I arranged delivery for a week after my purchase date.Received no emails confirming delivery and took day off work to await collection.Waited 4 hours and no sign of delivery. Emailed the company and got a reply saying the courier hadn’t collected the doors yet! No communication to tell me this or apologise to stop me wasting my day.A further email an hour later to say courier hadn’t shown and so order was cancelled. Not sure who they were paying the £65 pounds to, if they actually were but clearly not a reputable firm.Really poor customer service and I would avoid at all costs.
